How it works

Select the employee who's unavailable and the affected day. CrewFlow's AI analyzes every remaining assignment for that day and finds the best available replacement for each affected job — not just the first free name on the list, but the best match given skills, equipment, and proximity.

Confidence levels, not guesses

Every suggested replacement comes with a confidence level, so you know exactly how much to trust it before accepting:

• High — the replacement has matching skills, equipment, and is genuinely close by
• Medium — it works, but involves a longer drive or someone nearing their capacity for the day
• Low — this is the only option available; worth reviewing before you accept it

You can apply all suggested replacements at once, or go job by job and make a different call where you want to. Either way, what used to be an hour of manual rescheduling — figuring out who's free, who's certified, who's not already booked solid — becomes a single review pass.
