Why we built CrewFlow — and how we think about your data.
The problem
Commercial cleaning companies run on relationships and routines: the same client wants the same crew on the same day, at the same time, every week. But building that schedule — balancing employee availability, client preferences, drive times, and equipment — eats hours out of every manager's week.
Most scheduling tools weren't built for this. They're either generic drag-and-drop calendars borrowed from restaurants and retail, or spreadsheets that fall apart the moment an employee calls out sick.
What we built instead
CrewFlow uses AI to generate an optimized weekly schedule in one click — reading employee availability, client requirements, drive times, and equipment constraints all at once, and explaining its reasoning for every assignment in plain English.
When something changes — an employee calls out, a client shifts their day — CrewFlow re-solves around the disruption instead of leaving you to redo it by hand.
Your data
We don't sell your data to third parties. Employee and client information you enter belongs to you — we only use it to run the Service, including sending the minimum scheduling context needed to Anthropic's Claude to generate your schedules.
